We have looked at a number of golf specific jackets in the past, and always have liked the products we have seen from Sunice. Our most recent Sunice review was of the Hurricane Byron jacket. Today we are going to take a look at an update of the Sunice Ultimate Jacket (dubbed the Ultimate Jacket V2) as well as a women’s jacket, the Sophia.
If you know me, you know that I love my original Tour 360 golf shoes. They are super comfortable, look sharp and leave my feet feeling great even after walking 18 on a hot summer afternoon. I have worn other ’sport’ style shoes in the past, and have generally been disappointed by one aspect or another. Usually, my socks get wet, and that is the end of my love affair with any particular golf shoe. Today we will have a look at Adidas Golf’s new Tour360 Sport golf shoe. A sporty styled golf shoe that encorporates a lot of the Tour360 technology into a more athletic looking golf shoe.
Earlier this year we had a look at a couple of offerings from the major players in the Golf Jacket market: Zero Restriction and Sun-Ice. Today we will have a look at the adidas Golf ClimaProof Storm 3-Way Convertible Jacket (wow, that is a mouthful!). This is a new offering from adidas Golf looking to compete in the ‘I want what the tour players wear when they are in the rain‘ market.
Early last summer I purchased a pair of Off Road crocs, and they have rarely left my feet. They are quite possibly the most comfortable casual shoes I have ever owned. I always wear them to the golf course, and am anxious to slip them back on after walking 18 holes. When Crocs purchased Bite Shoes last year, my first thought was wow…when do I get golf spikes on my crocs?. Well, I did not have to wait long. Crocs quickly put together a golf shoe design, that is more than just spikes slapped onto the bottom of a traditional croc: the Crocs Ace.
Callaway recently sent me two ladies’ golf shirts to review and I’m now a convert to this brand of clothing that I had previously shied away from. I was immediately impressed by the style and feel of both shirts and after wearing them once on the golf course, I actually put one on knowing that I wouldn’t be hitting the links that day. These shirts are not only comfortable, but incredibly fashionable as well.
Today we are having a look at some new pieces in Ashworth’s 2008 line of golf shirts. The people at Ashworth were nice enough to send along a sampling of the latest Ashworth Men’s shirts as well as some of items from the Callaway Women’s line. Today we will focus in on the Men’s line, and follow up with a look at the Women’s line later this week.
At this time of year, rounds of golf are few and far between. When the weather lets up enough to get out on the course, the ground is generally quite soggy if not swampy. Walking the course in traditional golf shoes in such conditions, is not advisable…unless you have a few extra pairs of socks.
Bite Shoes offers a solution to this problem, the Bite Golf Boot 2.5.

Zero Restriction is THE name in the golf outerwear market. Their line of weather proof, non-restrictive clothing is so sought after, apparently even tour players have to shell out some cash to get their hands on ZR gear.
