Early last summer I purchased a pair of Off Road crocs, and they have rarely left my feet. They are quite possibly the most comfortable casual shoes I have ever owned. I always wear them to the golf course, and am anxious to slip them back on after walking 18 holes. When Crocs purchased Bite Shoes last year, my first thought was wow…when do I get golf spikes on my crocs?. Well, I did not have to wait long. Crocs quickly put together a golf shoe design, that is more than just spikes slapped onto the bottom of a traditional croc: the Crocs Ace.
Callaway recently sent me two ladies’ golf shirts to review and I’m now a convert to this brand of clothing that I had previously shied away from. I was immediately impressed by the style and feel of both shirts and after wearing them once on the golf course, I actually put one on knowing that I wouldn’t be hitting the links that day. These shirts are not only comfortable, but incredibly fashionable as well.
Today we are having a look at some new pieces in Ashworth’s 2008 line of golf shirts. The people at Ashworth were nice enough to send along a sampling of the latest Ashworth Men’s shirts as well as some of items from the Callaway Women’s line. Today we will focus in on the Men’s line, and follow up with a look at the Women’s line later this week.
At this time of year, rounds of golf are few and far between. When the weather lets up enough to get out on the course, the ground is generally quite soggy if not swampy. Walking the course in traditional golf shoes in such conditions, is not advisable…unless you have a few extra pairs of socks.
Bite Shoes offers a solution to this problem, the Bite Golf Boot 2.5.
