PeakVision Golf Sunglasses

We received another interesting item for review recently, a couple pairs of PeakVision Golf Sunglasses. We will be doing a complete review of these sunglasses over the coming weeks, but for now I wanted to post up some pictures and information about them. The PeakVision sunglasses are on the higher end of the spectrum in terms of quality and price.

The PeakVision Sports Solution

PeakVision Sports incorporates two different technologies into a noticeably unique and differentiated lens by integrating multiple color management filters into a sport lens made from a revolutionary new optical polymer.

PeakVision Sports developed the patented Dual-Zone filtration that utilizes different filters in two zones of a sunglass lens. In the upper zone, neutral-density gray filtration eliminates overhead glare from the sun and enhances distance perception. Through precise color and light management technology, PeakVision Sport’s upper gray zone gradually transitions into an amber lower zone which enhances a golfer’s ability to read the topography of the green. For skiers, the upper gray zone transitions into a vermillion lower zone.

PeakVision SL8

An aggressive sport frame produced from a superb magnesium/aluminum alloy, SL8’s construction is strong and durable, yet very lightweight. With an adjustable nose bridge, spring-loaded temples, and comfort temple ends, SL8 fits even the most difficult-to-fit heads. It is one of our largest frame styles (recommended for large face shape and/or a hat size of approximately 7 3/8 +) and features our largest lens coverage. The NXT unbreakable lenses deliver perfect light management for both the sky and turf with amazing optical glass-like clarity. This purchase comes with a microfiber lens care bag, a durable zippered hard case with clip, and a one-year warranty.

PeakVision SD7

Crafted from lightweight but durable Magnesium/Aluminum alloy, the SD7 frame couples the style and lightweight fit of a 3-piece rimless frame with the strength and durability of a full-rimmed frame. SD7 features spring-loaded temple hinges with fully adjustable silicon-cushion temple ends and nose bridge pads. SD7 fits narrow to medium face shapes (recommended for a hat size of approximately 7 1/8 - 7 5/8 ). The NXT unbreakable lenses deliver perfect light management for both the sky and turf with amazing optical glass-like clarity. This purchase comes with a microfiber lens care bag, a durable zippered hard case with clip, and a one-year warranty.

Look for a complete review of these sunglasses soon. In the meantime, you can read more about the PeakVision sunglasses on their website.

  1. I bought a pair last year and love them! They are so clear and no obstruction of the frame when swinging. I highly recommend these glasses for golfers.

  2. Hi folks

Really want to try your product based on all that I have read so far.My eyes are very sensitive to light and these sound perfect. However my wallet is sensitive to over spending and it really PO’s me that here in Toronto the fifth largest city in North America that to buy your product it will cost me Fifty Dollars on average per pair compared to the U.S. prices. And further more I have to special order them which is a bit of a bother since you can’t try them on.A further point of interest to your company is that there are over 5 million people in the city of Toronto and it’s burbs as well as 700 golf courses in the province of Ontario. Also Canadians play more golf per capita than any other nation on the planet.Just thought you might want to give all of this some thought since from where I sit you are missing out on some real potential.

    Sincerely
    Rick Eglinton
