Simple Dynamic Stretches For Golfers Adds Yards

Adding yards to your drives is a must if you want shorter approach shots. There is a certain type of stretches for golfers that will help you achieve longer drives.

Dynamic (movement) stretches specific to your golf swing will increase your flexibility not only in your backswing but in your through swing too.

What does this mean? LONGER drives conistently! Isn’t that what every golfer wants. To hit it 20-30 yards further but keep it in the fairway?

Take a look at the golf stretches below. You’ll see I’m moving into a backswing with a wide grip on the club, then right into a follow through position.

I do this movement non-stop back and forth for 8-10 total movements.

After doing this golf swing specific stretch, I’m really feeling nice and lose to hit long drives all day long!

If you’re looking for a total resource for stretches for golfers, Mike Pedersen over at Golf-Trainer.com has put together a great resource.
