Mike recently launched a new site geared toward fitness as it relates to Golf. Be sure to check it out. Most recently he has asked his readers to share their golfing success stories and has shared his super secret personal protein shake recipe. Ok, perhaps it wasn’t that super secret!
I’ve been trying to find myself a nice stretching and golf fitness routine for the winter, and I think I’ll have to have a serious look at some of the tips Mike offers up to his readers.
