The Golf Swing

Happy Birthday Deep Rough

Got back from Utah very late Friday night..actually…quite early Saturday morning. Thank you FAA system meltdown :( The trip was quick, didn’t get to see a whole lot, or check out any Utah golf, but was definitely cool to see all the nearby mountains! They provide quite the backdrop.

Got 18 holes in this afternoon at Warrenbrook, had a rather weak front 9, but turned things around on the back with a birdie and a string of pars.

I missed it while I was away, but Happy 1st Birthday to The Deep Rough. A year..and a few days…ago, I started up the Deep Rough with the intent of blogging about my experiences with the game we all love. I’ve made a bunch of new friends via the site, and have had a blast sharing my love of the game with all of you! I look forward to another year of blogging and improving my game.

Last but not least, interested in another addictive online golf game? TaylorMade sponsors this fun little golf game: WorldTourGolf. Check it out!

Here’s a quick screenshot:

Enjoy!
