Golf in Jersey in January?

Well, the current forecast in New Jersey calls for 68 degrees and sunny skies this weekend…Yes, this weekend…January 6th…Global Warming? hunh? What’s that?

Whatever, I’m not going to worry about the environmental issues right now…I’m just psyched to be able to get out and play tomorrow! Unfortunately most public courses around here are closed until March, so there are slim pickings. Neshanic Valley and Spooky Brook are options at this point.

  1. Have fun this weekend. I’m playing too, hope the opened course aren’t too crowded. Love this weather!

  2. Yeah, I wondered that myself, I probably should have booked a tee time yesterday!

Somewhat good news is that it’s pretty cloudy here, so perhaps that will keep some potential course cloggers away :)
