Review: Adidas Tour 360 Shoes

Ok, not entirely a review, but I was looking through GolfSmith’s website this morning for a mock turtle neck, and came across a couple pairs of the Adidas Tour 360 Shoes on sale for $99.97. I had bought the Red/Black/White version when they came out last year, for something like $140 off eBay. They are normally $179 in the store.

Even at $140 that I paid it was worth every penny. I absolutely LOVE these shoes, the 3d foam, or whatever they call it, is so comfortable. If you generally walk the course, you must get a pair of these. At least go try on a pair at a local golf store. You won’t regret the decision.

Again, I’ve had them now for about a year. I played WAY too much this year, actually had to change out the original spikes…and have since gone through another set of Champion spikes. And I still love these shoes…they’re still in excellent condition. Which to me is a shock, in the past I used to buy Nike shoes, and I’d be lucky if those would last 3 months before something ripped/fell off them.

GolfSmith has two versions of this shoe for sale, the 2006 Masters Edition one (which I think looks pretty nice) and a more ‘daring’ version in White/Black/Yellow. Then, of course, they have the Ryder Cup edition, which goes for $199…ouch!…….*edit*…The Golf Smith closeout is over now, but I did find that Golf Galaxy has the Ryder Cup Edition for $129 now!
