Review: Gatorade Tiger

Gatorade recently has introduced a new line of Tiger Woods endorsed sports drinks, Gatorade Tiger. The new formula is nearly identical to the original Gatorade, except for 25% bump in electrolytes. The new Gatorade Tiger is available in three flavors: Red Drive (Cherry/Citrus), Cool Fusion (Lemon/Lime) and my personal favorite: Quiet Storm (Grape). This 'Tiger Juice' is available in two sizes, 16oz (100 calories per bottle) or 32oz.

Asides

  • Was that ball flight tracker cool or what? It is pretty neat to see the actual trajectory of shots hit by PGA professionals. It would be amazing if they could make that technology real-time, always showing it when the players hit their shots. A little reminiscent of the NHL's attempt to make the hockey puck glow, but in a much less 'arcade' like fashion. Kudos to CBS, or whoever brought that technology to the air. #
  • We have added a couple new features to the Forum: BBCode tags for posts (which allow images/etc as you would see with most major forums), and we have integrated the comments on Deep Rough posts with the forums. So now when you post a comment, it will appear as a discussion in the forums! #
  • We have gone through and updated our BlogRoll. Some of our links were out of date, so we pruned sites that have not updated in 3+ months. If you do not see your blog there, and would like to be added, contact us. #
  • Matrix Shafts, creators of the $1000 golf shaft, have updated their website look and content. This is a huge improvement over the previous version, I can actually find their products now. #
  • Ernie is back for the Honda Classic. Coverage starts Thursday, you can watch it online, check Tee Times, or pick who will win. Thu, 2/28: GOLF 4p - 6p ET Fri, 2/29: GOLF 4p - 6p ET Sat, 3/1: NBC 3p - 6p ET Sun, 3/2: NBC 3p - 6p ET #
